Fitness

Getting back to one of the main reasons I made this blog, was to motivate me to get fit.
So I'm counting on you guys to bust my balls if you don't see the gym on my Plurk every second day(also visible on my sidebar).

Little background for those who don't know me that well, or who I have lost touch with.





This was me 2 years ago...

In the best damn shape of my life, 175lbs, going to the gym four times a week involving an hour of weight training and then 30min of cardio. Loving life.













I thought a topless pic would have been too graphic so...
This is me now. 210lbs, running up two flights of stairs gives me a headache and absolutely hating the way I look.

I got a membership at World Gym a month ago and just started a general program (full-body, 15-20reps, 3 circuits) to just get me accustomed to all the equipment at World's.


And starting today I'm going into a more specialised program alternating between upper and lower body exercises each time I go to the gym, 10-12 reps, 3set of each exercise, finishing one exercise before moving on to the next.


So from now on I'll try and do a monthly update on my progress, and PLEASE!!! kick my butt if you see me slacking!!!

You and me both, I'm in much better shape then when I left Canada 7 months ago, but i'm still slacking, I'll yell at you if you yell at me.

Lol.. Thanks man. They have gyms in Japan?
